Refund Policy

Arcade Errors is a digital product (downloadable HTML error-page bundles). This page describes how refunds work when you buy from us. Where your order is processed by Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record for that payment; refunds for those orders are handled under Paddle’s documents below.
1. Paddle checkout
If you completed your purchase using Paddle Checkout (or otherwise paid through Paddle as shown on your receipt), the following apply:
- Refunds, withdrawals, statutory rights, and discretionary review are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, as in effect when you completed your purchase.
- How to request a refund or cancellation: use the links in your Paddle receipt or confirmation email, visit paddle.net (including the refund request options described in Paddle’s Refund Policy), or email Paddle buyer support at help@paddle.com.
- Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights in your country, or rights that apply to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose, as described in Paddle’s Refund Policy.
2. Product support (Arcade Errors)
For help with downloads, licensing, or technical issues with the files, you can reach 4rce.com Digital Technologies GmbH at support@4rce.com. If a problem relates to payment, refund eligibility, or chargebacks on a Paddle order, Paddle’s support channel is the right place to start, in line with their policies.
3. Changes
We may update this page to reflect product or checkout changes. The version in effect at the time of your purchase, together with Paddle’s policies for Paddle orders, describes what applies to you.
