2. Data we process
- Website use: When you visit arcadeerrors.com, our hosting provider and infrastructure may process technical data (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps) that is necessary to deliver the site.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 with the measurement ID G-DQJ36QYWM7 to understand aggregate traffic and usage (for example pages viewed, approximate location at region level, device category). Google operates as a processor under its terms; data may be processed in the United States and other countries. You can use browser settings, add-ons, or Google’s opt-out browser add-on where applicable.
- Purchases: If you buy Arcade Errors through a payment checkout (for example Paddle), payment, email, billing, and fraud-prevention data are processed by that provider as an independent controller for checkout purposes. We receive the information needed to fulfil your order (such as email and purchase details) from them.
- Support: If you email us, we process the content of your message and your email address to respond.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

- Sales and support — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), for example tax and accounting records.
4. Hosting
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub (Microsoft) may process technical data relating to page delivery. See GitHub’s privacy notice for details.
5. Recipients and transfers
We use service providers (hosting, analytics, payment resellers) who may process data on our behalf or independently as described above. Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area; where applicable we rely on appropriate safeguards (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention
We keep support emails and order-related records as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal retention periods (for example tax law). Analytics data is retained according to the settings of Google Analytics.
